Crandall Crossing Zoning Change Public Hearing


The City Council of the City of Crandall, Texas will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning request by Crandall 200 Partners, LP to change the zoning of 126.64 acres Crandall Crossing Development from “Agriculture” to a “Planned Development”.  The property is generally located at Approximately 126.64 acres of real property situated in the R. Norton Survey, Abstract No. 361, and the Z. Richardson Survey, Abstract No. 430, Kaufman County, Texas, and generally located North and West of U.S. Highway 175 and County Road 4104.  

The City Council public hearing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the CISD Board Room, L.F. Raynes Education Center, 400 West Lewis St., Crandall, Texas.

All persons interested in the above-referenced request are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
