The City of Crandall Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on a request for a Variance to the Zoning by Carmen Rios. The Property is a vacant lot located on Lot 6, Block 27, of the Second Addition to the Town of Crandall, Kaufman County, Texas also commonly referred to as 411 N. First St. Crandall Texas. The purpose of this variance request is to build a single-family residence on a 50’ lot in the Crandall 6.5 Zoning Classification. The Public Hearing will take place on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
The City of Crandall City Council will hold a public hearing on the same matter listed above on Monday, December 7, 2020, at 7:00 p.m.
Both Pubic Hearings will be held in the Crandall Municipal Court Chambers, 104 East Trunk Street, Crandall, Texas.
